Manuscripts should be submitted only using the Microsoft CMT Portal. In case of any issues with submission, kindly submit your paper by email to convenerdsmla@gmail.com . The convener will extend their best possible support in adding the paper manually.

The manuscripts  should be prepared and submitted in the publisher's recommended format, Look and feel of the manuscript should look identical to the prescribed format.

The maximum acceptable similarity limit is 20 % (Similarity from a single source should not increase by 2%). The similarity of the manuscript should not increase throughout the publication process (from the date of submission to publication).

Irrelevant citations are highly discouraged and may lead to rejection/dropping of paper at any stage of the publication process.

The conference check Similarity on the Ithenticate portal (No other similarity check site reports will be acceptable for any claims). 

The conference highly discourages the archiving of papers (Similarity arising from archiving will be treated as plagiarism, the papers will be dropped, and authors will not be eligible to make any kind of claim).

Registration and Presentation of the manuscript is compulsory for at least one author in a paper, in case of failure, the papers will be dropped and authors will not be eligible to make any kind of claim. In case of serious exigencies (Medical, official, academic examinations, natural calamities) virtual presentation is allowed (After the paper notification, a separate request by email  to convenerdsmla@gmail.com can be sent for necessary approval).

Certificates & Receipts will be issued in a maximum of 2 weeks (Working days) from the date of the conference.

The deadline issued by the conference organizers or publisher should be treated as urgent so that the publication process can be expedited.  In the interest of time, Two reminders will be sent to the corresponding author by email with a maximum time limit of 7 days to address any kind of deficiency in the paper or Consent to publish forms. In the event of a failed response, the papers will be dropped, and the authors will not be eligible to make any kind of claim.

Authors are requested to route all queries through the official email (convenerdsmla@gmail.com) of the conference only. The conference support team will be addressing the queries in a maximum time frame of 48-72 working hours.
